- The textbook of prof. Holman can be purchased in majority of big bookstores and also at the used-textbook-market at VŠE (antik.vse.cz – 403SB Žižkov, burzaucebnic.vse.cz). Bookstore ( FORTUNA, Národní 10, Praha 1) provides discounts for students.
