Description:

The elite minor specialization Economic Theory and Analysis builds on a compulsory subject economics, which, however, expands and deepens in the field of economic theories and empirical methods according to modern trends. Individual courses of specialization apply theoretical models to real life problems and at the same time provide students with knowledge and adequate analytical apparatus for practice requiring economic education.

This minor specialization is not intended for students of the Faculty of Economics of the Prague University of Economics and Business.

Requirements for passing

Students have to obtain 30 ECTS credits, of which 18 ECTS credits are compulsory courses, which also include the final state examination. subjects. The composition of the subjects in each side is designed so that the student gets deeper into specific issues in the field of economic theories and empirical methods.
