Field of professional activity

I am an economist specializing in the History of Economic Theories. I received my doctorate at the Prague University of Economics and Business. Since 1984 I have been lecturing at the Prague University of Economics and Business. Since 2003 I am Head of the Department of Economics. In 2005-2011 I was a member of Board of the Czech National Bank.
